NATIONAL DAY OF PRAYER
THURSDAY, MAY 4
Dublin Baptist Sanctuary will once again be hosting a full-day prayer vigil in observance of the National Day of Prayer on Thursday, May 4, 2017.
The theme this year is… ‘For Your Great Name’s Sake’. Matthew 12:21 says, “In His name will be the hope of all the world.” This hope is found in the great name of Jesus who alone has the power to hear, forgive, and heal the nations; starting with us right here in Dublin, Ohio. Desperate times call for desperate measures, someone once said. The time to act is now & fervent prayer is our only measure that gains the attention of heaven’s throne room.
Because of this, we would like to extend to you, your family, and to your friends an open invitation to come and pray here at the church during our prayer vigil event on May 4th. The time-slots are for thirty minutes each and begin at 6:00am… with the final time slot at 7:30pm.
To register online, please click-on the ‘Sign-up Genius’ link above and follow the instructions they provide. If you are uncomfortable using ‘Sign-up Genius’, you may register here at the church (either at the ‘Prayer’ bulletin board or in your Sunday school class).
Fast-forward to May 4th… As you arrive at your appointed time for prayer, please come to the center entrance of the Sanctuary and be sure to check-in with the prayer captain so he or she can get you a copy of the prayer guide. Also, if you have a specific prayer request that you would like Paul Pyle (Prayer Ministry Pastor) to lift-up, you can fill-out a prayer request sheet and place it in the box at that time as well… Throughout the day, Pastor Paul will be checking the box and will be confidentially praying for each prayer request submitted.
If you have any questions or to receive more information, please contact Pastor Paul… His contact information is as follows: email@example.com (email) or 614-889-2307 (church phone).
