On August 13, at 6:00 PM we will start a new Bible Study, Experiencing God. This class, taught by Ashley Davis. If you have never done this study it is an amazing study on recognizing the hand and the will of God and learning how to join Him where He is moving and working. It has such great principles for growing and following God that I am sure you will be blessed. If you have done it then you know the treasures you will discover. As I have been working through this study on my own in preparation for our time together I have so appreciated rediscovering those truths and remembering those I had forgot. To Sign up Click Here.
Precept Class -“Revelation Part 3”. This class, taught by Kimberly Deaton, will begin on Tuesday, September 19 and going through December 5 at 9:30 a.m. or 7:00 p.m. We will be meeting in the Children’s Wing in room C115. Cost of book is $26 for a.m. and $21 for p.m.
The Women’s Ministry at Dublin Baptist Church is based on Proverbs 31:30 “Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the LORD is to be praised.”. Their goal is to become godly women and their purpose is to love with God’s love and develop strong ministries that will: reach lost women; teach, care for, and minister to the needs of all women; to love and support one another building strong relationships; keeping all we do Christ-centered. There are many different ways to get involved with the women’s ministry; from weekly bible studies, to fellowship activities, conferences, retreats, and many service opportunities. Call the church office (614-889-2307) or talk to someone on the women’s ministry team and we’ll get you plugged in! Please see the Women’s Ministry Bulletin Board and/or the Welcome Centers for registration information on upcoming events. Bible Study/Discipleship – Two semesters of Bible studies are offered each year from September to December and February to May. A variety of studies are available. Fellowship – Fellowship activities include a Spring Brunch, Fall Retreat, Book Talks, Coffees, and Christmas Tea. Conferences – The Women’s Ministry organizes group outings to conferences such as Women of Faith and Beth Moore’s Living Proof. These are great times of building friendships as well as receiving encouragement by hearing outstanding Christian women speak in person.
