Description: This class is composed of bright, energetic, fun-loving, dedicated Christians, most of whom are 55 and older. The group is definitely growing! There is always a lively discussion of the Bible lesson. There is a storehouse of Biblical knowledge that is available to all who choose to participate in the class discussion. The monthly social activity for this class may range from a visit to the Tecumseh outdoor drama, a challenging road rally, or, after a sumptuous potluck supper, just a quiet evening of learning more about each other. The JOY class reaches out to those in need and prayerfully supports the ministry and mission of the church.

We are SEEKERS, seeking the Truth (John 14:6; 18:37-37), the will of God in our own lives, (Psalm 40:8; 143:10), seeking to know the Word of God (2Timothy 3:16-17) and the God of the Word (John 17:3), seeking the lost (Luke 19:10) and seeking Christ-centered relationships with one another, true Biblical “fellowship” (1 John 1:3-4). Join us as we consider the life and teachings of the Lord Jesus Christ: Guidance for your business, help for your relationships, hope for your future.
Teacher: Jay Curatti
Location: Fellowship Hall (NE Side)
Our goal is to be established in the Faith by studying, understanding and applying God’s Word (II Timothy 2:15) We seek to encourage one another, (Deuteronomy 31:6,7) pray for one another and serve the body (church) of Christ. Encouragement is shown though praise, prayer and by meeting needs of the class and the church. We have a great time fellowshipping each Sunday and at monthly social gatherings. We desire to encourage one another by demonstrating the love of Christ in word and deed.
